clean room equipped kitchenette
I loved the location. It was easy to move around the area and return to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and a nice size. The kitchenette was nicely equipped, too!!!

poor water pressure stained pillowcases
the location was good enough.
the shower was AWFUL. the water pressure was terrible and i could barely get it warm.. also, there were stains on the pillowcases. it was not the relaxing experience i wanted after walking all day!!!

The room featured a well-equipped kitchenette. It had a microwave and hob ideal for self-catered meals. The front desk staff provided prompt and efficient service. I appreciated their helpfulness .

perfect spot
great location safe neighborhood quiet neighborhood easy access
i loved the proximity to the gloucester road station. the hop on hop off bus stop was also nearby. many eateries are within a short walk. the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which gave me peace of mind. i would stay here again if i return.
the washer and dryer lacked clear instructions in the unit. i used it, but my clothes did not dry completely. this might be because of user error, but instructions would help

the hotel's location was a major plus. it was near the natural history museum and the v&a. a grocery store and a tube station were also very close. i found it a great choice for my vacation.
the room seemed a bit dated. some paint was chipped off the walls.

amazing experience
central location kitchen equipment helpful staff
the location proves really good i could reach various attractions with ease it is close to the underground station i visited several points of interest within walking distance the cleanliness was also excellent the kitchen had all equipment needed. i want to mention the fab staff around front desk and cleaning lady.
my single issue involved the shower it barely produced water pressure i also found stains on the area rug.
